St Hilda's
FOUNDED 1893
St Hilda's was the first women's college in Oxford. It is named after the Anglo-Saxon Saint Hilda of Whitby who founded the Abbey of Whitby. The music hall is named after the famous cellist Jacqueline Du Pré who became an honorary fellow of the college in 1974.
